Here at PSI our whole aim is to make it EASY for you order your custom printed t-shirts online.

From our humble beginnings 5 years ago in the back shed to now being Australia’s leading internet based t-shirt printing company not everything has changed at PSI. Having our main focus on customer service and ease of use has been the unwavering attitude our business has been based on. There have been many successes along the way and many lessons learned from our rapid growth and the challenges presented because of it.

The attitude we have towards our work is that if you’re not happy then we aren’t happy and we will do whatever it takes to make you happy. FAQS

Will I need to pay set-up again if I get a re-print?

We will keep your screens for a period of time. Usually there is no set-up charges for re-prints within 6 months of the original order, as long as the order is over 30 tees. If the quantity is under this then we charge a small run set up fee of $10 + GST per screen, with a minimum of $20 + GST. We don’t like to keep the screens too long as over time the mesh on the screen relaxes and when it comes time to re-print the registration on multi colour images can be out. So even though this can mean an added cost to the client, they will be getting better quality prints.

Where are you based?

We are based on the Gold Coast. We are a solely web based business and therefore supply Australia wide. We use Fastway couriers who are extremely fast and reliable.
